Who we are

The DNL Bureau LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us", "The DNL Bureau"). Contact us at info@thednlbureau.com.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into a form on this site. Depending on which form you use, that is:

• Your name, email address and telephone number
• Your organization
• Your description of the work, and any details or notes you add
• Your preferred appointment date, time and location, if you request a consultation
• Any file you choose to attach

We do not use advertising cookies, we do not run third-party trackers or advertising pixels, and we do not buy or enrich your information from other sources. If you never submit a form, we do not collect personal information about you.

Why we collect it

Only to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare and deliver the services you asked about. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models.

Where it goes

Submissions are stored using Cloudflare and copied into a Google Sheet that only we can access. Cloudflare and Google act as our service providers and process this information on our behalf.

We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not disclose it to anyone else except where the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries, including any attachment, for up to 24 months after our last contact with you about them, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Your choices

Email info@thednlbureau.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are a California resident you have these same rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and the right to delete, and the right not to be discriminated against for using them. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" choice to make.

Security

Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit using HTTPS, and access to stored submissions is limited to us. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this notice changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
